By accessing or using TalkTG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TalkTG is a SaaS platform that enables website owners to add live chat functionality to their websites, with messages delivered to and replied from Telegram. The Service includes a web dashboard, embeddable chat widget, Telegram bot integration, and related APIs.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal data of visitors without proper consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose

5. Subscription & Billing

TalkTG offers free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Key billing terms:

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on the pricing page

6. Telegram Integration

The Service integrates with Telegram via their Bot API. By using this feature, you also agree to Telegram's Terms of Service. You are responsible for:

• Creating and managing your own Telegram bot via @BotFather
• Keeping your bot token secure
• Complying with Telegram's Bot API terms and guidelines

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As a site owner, you are responsible for informing your visitors about the chat widget and obtaining necessary consents for data collection in compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by TalkTG and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content (messages, configurations) but grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkTG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
