1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalkTG, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TalkTG lets website owners add live chat to their sites, with messages delivered to and answered from Telegram. It includes a dashboard, chat widget, Telegram bot integration, and related APIs.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, be at least 18 years old, maintain no more than one free account per person or entity, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not violate laws, send spam or phishing messages, distribute malware, impersonate others, collect visitor data without consent, disrupt the service, or use it for illegal or abusive purposes.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans renew monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the billing period. Refunds are discretionary; pricing may change with 30 days’ notice; free plans remain subject to published limits.

6. Telegram Integration

Use of Telegram integration is also subject to Telegram’s terms. You are responsible for creating and managing your bot through @BotFather, protecting its token, and following Bot API rules.

7. Data & Privacy

Use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Site owners must inform visitors about the widget and obtain any consent required by laws such as GDPR and CCPA.

8. Intellectual Property

TalkTG owns the service design, code, logos, and documentation. You retain ownership of your content and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events may cause downtime, for which we are not liable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TalkTG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or lost profits or revenue arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; access then ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
