We store your website domain, widget configuration, Telegram bot tokens (encrypted), and chat messages exchanged between your website visitors and your Telegram account.

2.3 Visitor Data

When visitors use the chat widget on your website, we collect a browser fingerprint, optional name/email (if provided by the visitor), and chat messages. We do not use cookies for tracking visitors.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information including IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited to improve our service and ensure security.
